Within the youkai realm, a thousand years before modern day, a war raged between the light 'youkai' and the dark 'demons' Within the youkai nation, in a garden known as the Heart of Time, a statue of a young human miko stands, her hands are outstretched, waiting for something precious to be placed in them. Legend says that she is waiting for a powerful stone known as "The Guardian Heart Crystal" to return to her. Only one spirit possessed the coveted stone, and she was the true treasure.
